It was Halloweens most glamorous affair withall the ghouls and ghoulettes turning up at on one of the most plush venues used on the gay scene, the Kensington Roof Garden.
Spearheading this menagerie of freaks, goblins, vampires and the living dead is Craig Nightingale holding another one of his well attended parties attracting the glamour crew, the gAyLSITER, the gay elite and a smattering of their straight friends. Craig rejuvenated our belief that glamour-funk clubbing can still exist, be chav free and be reflective of a time where clubbing was a social affair and where a clubs people was made it great.
Disco grooves, turbo charged house and funky anthems spilled across the venue, a fire display lit up the Spanish garden and an award was given to the best costume. So many went to an effort to dress up, and this collection of images reflect this.
We don’t know when the next Roof Party will be, but we will make sure we will let you know when.
